Our hypnotherapy programmes are tailored to your individual needs – each programme starts with a chat via telephone or video call and an initial consultation. During the initial consultation, if we feel hypnotherapy is right for you, together we will decide on the amount of sessions required and book the appointments at times to suit you.

Payment can be made for individual sessions or as groups of sessions but must be made via this website 24 hours before your appointment. An outline of the programmes available and session details are outlined below.
